Bruce Street proposal
The applicant behind a proposed mixed-use development at 6384 Bruce Street will host a public information meeting on April 9, 2026, at the West Vancouver Seniors Activity Centre, ahead of a formal Council review.

A developer planning to rezone and redevelop a site on Bruce Street is hosting a public information session for the community. The applicant is proposing a mixed-use building featuring a ground-floor child daycare and four stacked townhouses above.

According to the District of West Vancouver, it has received a rezoning and development permit application for 6384 Bruce Street. The applicant is hosting a community information meeting on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 5:15 to 7:15 p.m. at the Seniors Activity Centre (Activity Room), located at 695 21st Street, West Vancouver.
