The sediments are not harmful

Metro Vancouver will be conducting watermain improvements that will affect parts of Ambleside, Dundarave and Park Royal south of Keith Road.

These improvements begin Monday, November 23 for approximately two weeks.

This work may result in sediment in the water, which can cause temporary cloudiness. However, the water is safe, and the sediments are not harmful.

Locals can see periodic discolouration in the tap water at the start and the end of the project.

Locals are being advised to run a cold water tap until the water is clear.
